Our milling machines cut areas of any size down to one level. Their modular design means they can be adjusted to your application. Also developed by us, our round milling machine can cut circular areas with diameters of between approx. 2,000mm to 4,500 mm completely flat. With a further drilling machine, we can machine diameters from 4,000 mm to approx. 11,000 mm. This technology is used for bearing surfaces for rotary connections and drive mountings in shipbuilding.

Examples of milling work:
Milling worn crane tracks flat, possibly after build-up welding, in order to restore the original dimensions.
Making exactly defined machine and transmission foundations – including any angles and sizes required.
Creating packing surfaces.
Subsequent mechanical machining after flanges are welded on to achieve a defined direction and level.
Creating defined levels for bearing surfaces for ball-bearing slewing gears.
Cutting grooves in surfaces or blocks.
