Measuring up to your size specifications!

In August 2008, we put into operation our new type ESAB Suprarex SXE – P 4000 flame cutter.
The machine is fitted with 2 oxyacetylene cutters (manufacturer: ESAB Cutting Systems) for sheet metal thicknesses of up to 160 mm and one fine-jet plasma burner (HiFocus 280i, manufacturer: Kjellberg) for sheet metal thicknesses of up to 70 mm.

Our production planning and our sheet metal store are organised to meet even short-term orders for urgently-required one-off pieces and small series.

Machining sizes:
Length up to 6,000 mm, width up to 3,000 mm, piece weight up to 5 tons

Tolerances:
Tolerance class 2 in accordance with DIN EN 9013:2002.

Works certificate:
All sheet metal plates in our store hold works certificate 3.1.
If required, the cut parts can be supplied with works certificate and stamp.

Material in stock:
S 235 JR: from 3 mm to 50 mm (3,000 x 1,500 mm)
S 355 J2 + N: from 10 mm to 40 mm (3,000 x 1,500 mm)
Stainless steel: 1.4301 from 1 to 4 mm (2,000 x 1,000 mm)
Special grades and other thicknesses can be supplied at short notice!

Features:
Evenness without milling as usual in the industry, not straightened after flame cutting.
We remove flame cutting slag from all cut parts.
All our sheet metal in stock is SA 2.5 blast-cleaned. If required, we can supply subsequently blast-cleaned cut parts.
On request, all flame-cut parts can be certified using spectral analysis, US testing or weld bending testing.

Data transfer:
We prepare CAD drawings from your drawings, templates or sample pieces for transferring data to the flame cutting machine.
