Continuous caster / blast furnace

As part of a revamp of a continuous caster at Dillinger Hütte, we carried out various milling, spindle and drilling jobs. Working in day and night shifts, we drilled several holes in solid material, with diameters of 50 mm and a depth of over 300 mm. Although the customer demanded a tight schedule, we were able to finish the work well before the deadline. We also carried out vertical round turning (Ø 2,400 mm) on a blast furnace.
